To create rounded corner shapes in Photoshop CS6, use the Rounded Rectangle Tool from the toolbar. In the options bar, set the radius for the corners to your desired curvature. Click and drag on the canvas to draw the shape. If you want to modify existing shapes, select the Direct Selection Tool to adjust the anchor points and round the corners as needed. For more control, you can also use the Layer Styles and apply a Stroke with a rounded edge.
