Steam "Missing file priliveges" 2019
This video is now nearly 5 years old, so I am not sure how accurate the information in it is.
This is a simple and short update to my previous video. I hope this helps, and if it doesn't, I hope you'll find the solution as soon as possible :)
Also I'd like to remind some of you that I am in no way connected to Valve nor Microsoft, and am thus just an amateur offering my help for free on the internet. Please remember that before leaving an entitled rage-filled comment because my video didnt magically solve all your issues...
(seriously some of you guys think that you "deserve" my help when youre treatin' me like garbage, and that honestly makes me just not even want to reply to you)
The Task-Manager instance should be called igfxEM (although I think this process only shows up for Intel users)
