EDIBLE LACE RECIPE
½ cup boiled water
1 TBSP tylose
1 TBSP powdered sugar
1 TBSP cornstarch
¼ tsp ovasil
½ tsp. glucose / corn syrup
PROCEDURE:
**use a stand mixer**
Mix water and tylose till clear, around 7 mins
Add powdered sugar
Add cornstarch
Add ovasil
Microwave glucose / corn syrup, and add to the mixture
