The Midnight Channel | Persona 4 Cocktail
I had such a great time mixing drinks for you all last time, I thought I'd make another one specifically for Persona 4. You'll definitely feel like a Kingpin when you drink this one.
=MIDNIGHT CHANNEL RECIPE=
1.5 oz. Whiskey
1.5 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 oz. Lemonade
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. Honey Syrup (see below)
Ice
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker, shake with ice cubes and strain into a glass over ice.

Honey
Water
Mix equal parts honey and water in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, lower it to a simmer and stir consistently until all honey is blended in. Chill in refrigerator until ready for use.
