Found: The First Windows NT Build (1991) - It's a Mess
This is the oldest known build of Windows NT in existence (April 1991). It runs on MIPS architecture, has no cursor, and crashes constantly. But it also has the funniest error message in Microsoft history:
Just say WOW!
