Gabriel Fauré: Pavane (piano solo)
I accidentaly found Fauré plays Pavane video on Youtube ( • Fauré plays Fauré Pavane, op 50 ) and I very liked this music. I didn't believe that this melody is more than 120 years old, it sounds like a present-day piece.
I found a score which is shorter and a little different than original Fauré's composition. I play Pavane my own way, maybe wrong way, but I like this rendition.
Be sure to choose high quality link under video to hear much better stereo sound. I optimized this video for the best possible sound, picture quality wasn't important.
