Greetings everyone and welcome back to my 100% Playthrough of X's story in Mega Man X4 (PSX). Last time, I beat the Sky Lagoon prologue and defeated Magma Dragoon and Web Spider. Let's keep up the momentum!
The story of Mega Man X4 revolves around the peacekeeper army known as Repliforce. In the Prologue, a flying fortress known as the Sky Lagoon falls and destroys a major city. Repliforce is accused of orchestrating the incident and are all subsequently labeled as Mavericks by the Maverick Hunters. In response, General, leader of the Repliforce, announces that Repliforce shall emancipate itself from human governance and create a utopia in space only for Reploids. X, Zero, and the other Maverick Hunters are tasked with stopping Repliforce's emancipation activities and bringing them to justice. However, X and Zero unearth the conspiracy that ultimately led to Repliforce's coup and drives them into a direct conflict with an old foe.
