ArcJet Systems: Turn around and head for the statue, a random encounter triggers there. Sometimes it can be seen near or under the nearby overpass.
Mass Pike Interchange: Directly in front of the fast travel spot at a 3 way intersection on ground level. Wait there a few seconds.
Hyde Park: Walk in front of the church.
BADTFL Regional offices: Turn left from fast travel, and walk about 10 feet then take the road on the left, cant miss it.
Covenant: When facing out from the main gate, take a right and then another right, follow it down to where the destroyed caravan is.
