Spotify will automatically add songs to fill out a playlist you created. But there is a way to stop it.
Spotify only adds songs to playlists that have less than 15 songs. So if all your playlists have at least 15 songs that you selected, Spotify won't add any more.
Access all your playlist on the Spotify app from the library tab and add enough songs to each one until you get to 15 and all the automatically added songs will be removed.
