Learn How to do Pixel Stretch Effect in Photoshop with Polar Coordinates PhOtoshop Filter.
Step 1: Remove back of the Subject
Step 2: Using Rectangular Marque Tool to selected the needed part of the subject
Step 3: Go to Filters, move the mouse to Distort and move it again to Polar Coordinates. and sub panel will appear and then click ok to get it down
