Get ready for the return of the Summer Grand Traverse, taking place from 31st August to 1st September!
This epic point-to-point race challenges ultra runners and mountain bikers to conquer the rugged terrain between Crested Butte and Aspen, Colorado.
On Saturday 31st, ultra runners will embark on a gruelling 40 mile journey starting at 6am from Crested Butte. They’ll race through the Elk Mountains, with over 6,000ft of elevation gain before crossing the finish line in Aspen.
On Sunday 1st, mountain bikers will start at 7am in Aspen, racing 40 miles across the rugged Elk Mountains with over 7,800ft of elevation gain, finishing in Crested Butte.
