Creating an Amazing GLITCH Effect in Photopea
In this video, we are going to be creating an amazing glitch effect in Photopea! This technique is very flexible and can be used on a variety of images, and text. It works better with high contrast images that have a dark or black background, but will get great results from most photos.
This both a Photopea beginner tutorial (as the steps are simple and easy to follow) but at the same time goes into a more advanced layer style option that not a lot of people even know exists!
