Hotline Miami - Daniels and Jake
While only present as a corpse in the first Hotline Miami game, Jake's story is expanded upon in the sequel to give us an idea of how he ended up dead in a Russian Bathhouse. It seems like his story stretches back all the way to 1985 where he's seen serving in the Russo-American War as the Ghost Wolves Soldier Daniels. However, this soldier is actually not the same person as Jake, and the two are separate characters.
