So, here we have another game about Tver, made using the engine of the very first GTA.

GTA in Tver will instantly transport you back 20 years to a city full of yellow Volga taxis, kiosks, bandits, and markets.
A pager instead of a phone. Payphones are still in use.
Why didn't I notice this game before?
