Osmokot: does it work or not?
This spring I decided to check whether the Osmokot fertilizer with prolonged action really gives a tangible result.
I planted osteospermum flowers in two identical pots - I added Osmokot to one, not to the other. For beauty, I also planted dichondra and willow, but the heat took its toll - the willow burned. I watered it with a root stimulator and waited...
📆 1.5 months passed - the osteospermum in both pots looks the same. I already thought: "Well, Osmokot, where is the effect?"
But everything changed when I started watering regularly and abundantly! 🌧️
And then - BANG! - the flowers "shot" in the pot with Osmokot! There are more greens, more buds, the appearance is well-groomed and healthy.
👉 My conclusion: Osmokot is like a timer. It works, but only if there is enough moisture. In dry soil, the fertilizer will not fully reveal itself.
