I Hate Grammar! (Why even I as a teacher hate English grammar.)

It's not that it's not useful or important, but it does distract you from your main goal, which should be... COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY IN ENGLISH. English grammar in use, English grammar rules and English grammar tenses ARE important but they are not what you should be truly focusing on.
