Making a power supply for cell phone repair, and for those of you who already have a PSU, you can upgrade the output using a battery protection circuit so it can be used directly on machines.
Required components:
Charger at least 2A. If using a fast charging one, add a 7805 IC to the short-circuit protection circuit.
Step-down can be any type; here I used an XL4015.
Potentiometer and knob size depending on the potentiometer in the step-down. For example, use a 10K potentiometer for the original 100K, or use a 1K for the original 10K to achieve a maximum voltage of 4-5V.
Voltmeter and ammeter 100V 10A. You can use a 3-digit or 4-digit one if you want more details.
Short-circuit protection circuit. This is the one I used: • Membuat rangkaian short protection
Several sockets and switches: USB socket, banana socket, battery socket, on-off switch, on-off switch.
Battery protection circuit, timer. 50k, 200k for ID/TH lines
-Sufficient cable, preferably good quality
-12x8x4cm plastic junction box, cheaper ones use a black plastic box
