Gifted Education Programme: Social, emotional development also important
The revamped Gifted Education Programme will not only develop students academically in their areas of strength, but also holistically.
Speaking to the media on Aug 19, Education Minister Chan Chun Sing said that the new approach, which was announced at the National Day Rally, will reduce disruptions in students’ learning environment.
