How to Activate Windows Media Center on Windows 8.1 ?

If your Windows edition is
1. Windows 8.1 Core : First upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro and then activate Windows Media Center.
2. Windows 8.1 Pro : Directly activate Windows 8.1 Pro.
Note : If "Get more features with a new edition of Windows" is not available in System Properties, then you cannot add Windows Media Center.
