Step 1 : take a plastic bottle and mark the border of your fan.
Step 2 : cut the bottle inside the border line of fan .
Step 3 : cut the cap in rectangle shape of usb cable.
Step 4 : do 2 holes on the bottle to pass the wire.
Step 5 : stick the usb cable at inside part of cap and stick the fan at the bottle as when it turn on the direction of air should flow in one direction.
Step 6 : pass the wire inside the bottle and solder the wires both positive to the positive terminal of usb cable and negative terminal to the negative side of the cable.
Step 7 : cut the rectangle shape of Spong or any filtering material and place in between the 2 fans and in centre of the bottle.
Step 8 : put the cap on the bottle and connect the power bank at the top of the bottle.
