1 Downward communiaction
Communication that flows from a higher level in an organization to a lower level is called a downward communication.It conveys clear,specific and accurate message.It uses the best communication skills to convey the message.
2 Upward Communication
Communication that flows from subordinate to superior is called upward communication.It provides quick feedback.Subordinates use upward communication to share their ideas ,problems and performances to their superiors.
3 Diagonal Communication
Communication that takes place between a manager and workers of other workgroups is called diagonal communication.
4 Horizontal Communication
It takes place at same level in an organization as communication between managers at same level.It is time saving.It develops co-ordination among team members.It shares information quickly.
