How to Stop Door Opener Sound with 2 Pieces
We've demonstrated a simple yet effective method for eliminating the annoying buzzing sound in automatic door openers.
Door openers operate on alternating current. These alternating current pulses reverse the direction of the magnetic field in the coil 50 times per second. This causes the mechanism opposite the coil to vibrate at a frequency of 50 Hz, like a speaker. This circuit eliminates these frequencies, converting it to full DC, eliminating the noise.
The diode used is 1.5 amps, and the capacitor is 35 volts, 330 uf.
