GTA V - UPDATE FAIL **HOW TO FIX** GTA V Wont Start ERROR - March 31/April 1 2020

HOW TO FIX THIS PROBLEM;
Option 1;
Run the game as Administratator. Right click on the Launcher App and click on 'Run As Administrator'
Maby you have to restart your computer first?
Option 2 (Thanx to grey loenard)(best liked comment!)
This worked for me, after other suggestions failed: Locate the file LauncherPatcher.exe in your Rockstar Games/Launcher folder, right click, run as administrator. Can't confirm "run as administrator" is necessary, but that's what I did, and I'm now loaded in my arcade.
Option 3 (Thanx to 'Res GT');
So what you need to do is,
First go to "Windows defender" in Windows search bar
After it opens, find "Windows defender firewall properties"
Allow all inbound connections under domain profile and try updating again(but remember to open launcher as admin first).
Option 4 (Thanx to 'Nick Rover')
Just run 'GTA V Language Select' in folder with 'GTA' and started loading!
*NO OPTION* - !WARNING! - DO NOT REINSTALL/UNINSTALL UR GAME, IT WONT HELP!!(thanx for the tip 'Frank')

I try to start GTA V but only the launcher opens, then GTA tries to download an update and then it goes into error....
The update is 78.45MB but I only download 78.25 MB and then fail!
The trouble shooter doesn't help. But I find there only a trouble shooter from 2 weeks ago! This update isn't recorded yet!
I have restarted my computer, have enough space on my disk, didn't had issues before! nothing is working..!
