Names of First Responders who passed away from their 9/11 illnesses in the previous year, were added to the Memorial Monument.
It doest get any easier as time goes bye. Judy Simmons and John Feal did a fantastic job of hosting the Ceremony. As Rev. Bill Minson said, Nobody wants to be part of this family, But we will continue to take care of each other. I'm photographing and video taping certain 9/11 events for history's sake! It hasn't been easy. For me, there is no such thing as closeure, I live 9/11 every day. It's not fun going to doctors. I really didn't Feel like going to the ceremony, but my older daughter said I should go, so I went. This Video covers the whole Ceremony, including the reading of all those names. It's more than 90 minutes. I did minimal editing, This is for anyone that missed the Ceremony, and for History! This is the only 9/11 Memorial, that honors First Responders who were sickened on 9/11/01 and passed away during the past 18 Years.
