How To Export Figma to After Effects

Sometimes I've a simple question, and I want a simple answer.
On another day, I needed to know how to import some files from Figma to After Effects. Usually, I recreate the design in Illustrator and use overlord to import it to After Effects. But it is counterproductive with tight deadlines, So I needed a quicker way! So went on a youtube and google search mission and found a tutorial for it! Although it was 7 Minutes long! When you are in a rush, 7 minutes feels like an hour! I followed the tutorial, and in the end, I was like GOSH! this can be explained in less than 2 minutes. It is just a few clicks. Anyway, I put on my notepad, "make a 2 min or less tutorial on how to export Figma Files to After Effects", and save those precious 5 minutes from everyone else!

I'm sorry it isn't a Poster Tutorial; I'm working on a new one!
