Lawyer Goes Off on a Judge Because the Judge is Violating the Law
DUI defense lawyer Larry Forman asks a judge to recuse herself from the case. Mr. Forman's office filed a motion to recuse the judge because they felt s the judge had personal bias against Mr Forman as counsel based on statements she said about him in previous court hearings.
A Motion to Recuse the judge has been filed and was currently outstanding pending a decision from Chief Justice Minton of the Kentucky Supreme Court.
