Happy new year guys, this build is absolutley the funniest i have played in years in pvp and when u are in a group of 4... jeez its insane. Really enjoyed playing this and i still do. 4 arbiter in pvp is crazy good (most of the times). Hopefully i can get some stream with full arbiter setup soon. Will be intresting see how that goes.
