I took 5 slow months to lose 25lbs. I've competed before in 3 bikini NPC competitions and this time for my 35th Birthday I wanted to step on stage. I couldn't figure out how I was going to do that until I came across Desiree Mize @Woke Up Like Dez transformation!!!
She inspired me to push through and get on stage despite not being at my goal weight yet.
I asked a friend of mine that is also on a similar journey to join me! Melina is dating a bodybuilder and they just had a baby girl together. so, it made sense we could do this together. Melina is also an amazing makeup artist with her own business as well. @lina'sdolcevita @lashdollstudio on IG
Melina and I traded services for this event. it worked out really well!
