All of the former Warsaw Pact countries became democratic, but what if Bulgaria remained a communist state after the collapse of the Soviet Union?

This is not too possible to happen, as no former Soviet country remained communist after the winds of change. So, in this unrealistic scenario the Bulgarians would remain communist, but in an interesting way.
