A few summer days in my life as a single mom in rural Japan. 🇯🇵
In this vlog, I spend some time with my son, make bento, work from a café, enjoy a circus, do some housework, and start going to the gym.
I also visit the hospital for a health check and stop by city hall for some paperwork.
Lately, I’ve been trying to take better care of myself and build some new habits at 51.
