In this video, we're going to show you how we use this free lead tracking spreadsheet to track 100% of all of our leads, revenue, and what marketing channel is working the best for us.
We really use the spreadsheet to track which marketing channel is working the best for us, which tells us which ones are not performing. We then take those funds (from the marketing channels that are underperforming) and put them into marketing channels that are.
When you track your leads like this, it really helps you scale your marketing much quicker than you could without using a lead-tracking template like this.
PLEASE READ: Please don't email us with questions about getting access to the spreadsheet. All you have to do is "Save a Copy" of the spreadsheet to your computer and you will then have access and be able to use it.
Take a look at it and adjust it as needed. This is not 100% perfect, but what it is, is effective and a tool that I personally cannot live without.
