The general way of deciding a university according to its numbered ranking is not the best criteria, when there are just insane number of factors at play! The things that are important for you will not be the same that would be important for somebody else.
In this video, I have explained you how you should approach in shortlisting your universities for studies in Germany, it doesn't matter at all if it is for Bachelors or Masters. The same rules apply.
Don't get bothered by what you heard somebody else talking about some specific universities. The tables I showed you in the video are the facts and these are the exact attributes which are talked about in any good university.
