In this tutorial, we'll see how to:
◾ Import data from external sources into Excel with Power Query
◾ Import data from an Access database
◾ Transform imported data using the #PowerQuery editor
📌 HOW TO CONNECT TO AN ACCESS DATABASE
Click the Data tab, then Get Data → From Database → From Microsoft Access Database.
In the Import Data dialog box, browse for the file you want to import.
Follow the steps in the Navigator dialog box to connect to the desired table or query.
Click Load or Edit.
📌 CONNECT TO AN ACCESS DATABASE
Click the Data tab, then Get Data → From Database → From Microsoft Access Database. If you don't see the Get Data button, click New Query → From Database → From Access.
In the Import Data dialog box, browse for or type a file URL to import, or link to a file.
Follow the steps in the Navigator dialog to connect to the table or query of your choice.
