The "Sterony Sveta" residential complex is four 15-20-story brick-monolithic buildings in Bugry from the company "PROK." Construction is divided into two phases: the "South" and "West" buildings are being built in the first phase, and the "North" and "East" buildings are being built in the second. Sales in the new building are conducted under shared participation agreements using escrow accounts. The construction is being financed by Dom.RF Bank.
