This is week one of the PTS changes (public test server) so nothing is set in stone just yet.
Overall not TOO many combat changes, but a couple of minor adjustments and pain points are there specifically for the Warden and the Templar. This time around Zenimax Online Studios have focused heavily on Quality of Life and also BUG FIXES!
