3. Copy the sips folder then paste it into the htdocs folder
4. Apache and MySQL Nation on XAMPP
5. Open a new browser with the name http://localhost/sips/
6. Create a database with the name sips
7 Import the database or its SQL into the sips database
8. Run the project by typing http://localhost/sips/
9. Enter Administrator: http://localhost/sips/
