Scale: You will be able to build the biggest cities in the genre. Population caps are 5-digits.
Battles: Cut down thousands of your enemies of the field of glory using advanced mechanics.
Modding: Create your own races, build your own maps and write your own scripts.
Intrigues: As a king of Syx, you must have the support of your appointed nobility. And your nobility will conspire against you, wanting the power for themselves.
Technology / Artifacts: Tech trees and artifacts to craft / discover.
Maintenance: Everything will deteriorate in time.
Seasons/ Weather / Climate Change: Sow in spring, harvest in late summer. Survive through droughts and a changing environments.
Dynamic Trading System: Driven by supply and demand. Control goods and trade-routes. Find a balance between income and expenses. Too many riches will turn you economy and progress stale.
Hordes, Immigration, Slaves: Fend off hordes spawned by climate change, make slaves of your beaten foes. Accept immigration of different races into your city and deal with the consequences.
Justice: Make laws and see them through. Do what’s right, or do what’s needed. Be loved or feared.
