[Lecture 1] CIVIL LAW. General Part. Topic 1: The Concept of Civil Law. (Pilot Issue)
I understand that these lectures, delivered online for second-year students of the Faculty of Law at the Higher School of Economics, have some shortcomings. First, they were read from memory, not from a written document, with all the drawbacks of that method.
Second, the video and audio quality leave much to be desired, although this does not affect comprehension.
Third, the lectures were put together hastily, using the available material, with the addition of infographics.
I really didn't want to record a standard course. I submit the lectures for your review and await your comments, which I will try to correct the next time I give lectures online.
