Number One is the Guild Auction House. This is managed by the main guild master(s), and it works by a guild member mailing the guild master’s an item that can sell on the regular auction house, regardless of the quantity. This person is then added to a list created by the guild master’s which tracks the senders name and item(s). The guild master follows this step by putting the item(s) in the “Guild AH” Tab In The Guild Bank. Other people in the guild can contribute by also mailing the guild master their items, in order to make items full stacks (like for example, mage-weave cloth). Through professions, the overall value of these items may increase, therefore increasing the profit in many who either may not have the time, or may not have the profession. The stacks for example, are then taken by the guild master’s and sold through the regular auction house. When sold, the money is split upon the contributors and how much they contributed (This may also be specified). This is an easy way for everybody to get potentially a little bit more gold, potentially a little more quicker and if you are farming and want someone to put your stuff up for sale, mailing the items to a guild master instead of an alt may assist in time management, bag storage and multitasking. The Auction House fee is also covered by the guild masters, who often like to contribute themselves. This system can be modified for more transparency, but also more trade and commerce. This may also create more roles and jobs within the guild.
Number Two is having Statistics. This is an addition to the ranking system that may already be present within an organized guild. This is a system where recordings from hosts of events within the guild, are seen upon to see the most damage and healing within the recorded event. Points can be given accordingly to their achievements. This helps promote guild members getting the word out there about your guild, and allows people to showcase their talent and compete for the “neckbeard” achievement, which is basically a measure of activity, in the guild. Points are also rewarded for simply joining the event and staying for an achievable time (whether by achievement or other reward), or a preferred, acceptable time. Points may also be rewarded for contribution of gems or potions into the guild bank, also being dependent upon quality and quantity (unless specified, for example an exact type of potion). Points may even be awarded for mastering professions. This can go many ways, but it allows members to again, participate, manifest further activity and expand their ranks further, for great bragging rights and stature. This all may also be tied into the ranking system within the current guild.
Number Three is having a reeeeing player. A reeing player helps determine who is actually dedicated in the game enough (in this case, the reeing player) and it also helps us determine who gets annoyed quickly (more annoyed with the ree) in case there is a raid wipe or they can't withstand too much noise because their mom is sleeping (in this case, a filthy casual who complains about others yet is at the bottom of the damage charts). While everyone complains or talks about strategy, the reeing player is the battle-song that not only keeps everyone awake, but allows the accumulation of more anger to henceforth be targeted on the raid boss kill, which means more damage. And while the raid leader (often the guild leader) is angry too, you're focused now, aren’t you? The guild may have just become world first or at least enough to Make Azeroth Great Again. Amazin.
