The simplest Xbox Teredo Connection FIX for Windows 10 (Tutorial)
Hey everyone in this video I show the fix I found through deep searching on how to fix the Xbox server connectivity issues involving Teredo. You may also need to restart your PC after performing the group policy changes.

or just enter these into admin command prompt if you don't want to verify the values:
netsh interface Teredo set state type=default
reg add HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d 0x0
