STEGO! It's my IRL favorite dinosaur so very excited to see this Stegosaurus Species Field Guide for Jurassic World Evolution 2. The JWE 2 news keeps getting better and better!
Hey everyone! I would like to give an important correction on a speculation I did in this video!
In the video, I speculated that the accent colors might be selectable from a color wheel. However, while re-reading some stuff in preparation for Saturday’s Weekly News Update, I noticed the following line in the Feature Focus article for Building & Dinosaur Customization:
“Colouration is selected from a set of different colour options, and while you won't be able to make a fluorescent pink T. rex, you will have a wide variety of different combinations of patterns and colourations to choose from.”
While it is still technically possible that this refers to the body colors and not the marking colors, I do think it’s safe to assume that accent colors will NOT be selectable from a color wheel. BUT I do still think we might get more than 12 accent colors.
I’m very sorry for not remembering this piece of information. I got too caught up in excitement and in the hurry of trying to get the analysis out as fast as possible. I will be more careful in the future. Of course I will also address the correction in Saturday’s Weekly News Update.
