No Repeat 15 minutes HIIT cardio with a light weight for a hard core workout. Two circuits with 7 exercises in each. Each exercise is 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. 30 seconds in between of two circuits. A light dumbbell, stability ball, and a matt for this workout. Okay... If you want a strong hard core and more defied abs, do it as your daily routines. When combined with my other workouts for your whole body, you will get a strong and amazing shredded and toned body.
