Open CMD In Admin Mode In The Start Menu,
Type rd d:\File Name /s/q
Rd Is To Delete The file Directory You Are Choosing.
The"d" Is The Drive You Choose To Use, So Just Choose the One You Are Targeting.
Choose The File Name That u Are Deleting.
If You Only To Wish To Wipe Out The Drive Its-Self, than Just do The Drive And Not The File Name Too.
Than Type /s/q
And Hit Enter,
Than Let It Run.
