Fixing PPD issue when using Print Booklet in InDesign

Looked online for a solution and it took me forever to find. A lot of the answers to this question online is to change the pdf settings in distiller and then add your postscript file and convert it. This will give you your document on the size you want, but gives you no option to center your document on the page, keeping your designs to the corner and cutting off some bleed.
