Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 - Intercepting an ILS from Above with the A320
Let's see how to correctly approach the ILS interception procedure from above. It may happen that the "Cleared for Approach" signal is late in arriving and we are forced to pass the ILS descent start point. This procedure will allow us to rapidly lose altitude without increasing our speed and, before reaching 1,000 feet ground, easily reach the "Stable Approach" configuration.
