Krisys Race of Champions
The Krisys Race of Champions is a competition for two-person teams that have completed ESET 219 – Digital Electronics. The teams compete in two autonomous vehicle events – a Drag Race and a Road Race.
The winning team members with the lowest combined time share a $250 cash prize. Using combinatorial and sequential logic circuitry, the students design, implement, test, optimize, and demonstrate their ability to create an autonomous vehicle capable of following a line delineated by a wire carrying an alternating current that is taped to the floor.
