During the Grand Theft Auto 5 mission "Derailed", Trevor and Michael hijack a Merryweather train filled with gold in order to pay of their current debts. One of the challenges for gold completion is actually a refence to the notoriously difficult GTA: San Andreas mission in which CJ and Big Smoke must follow a train, but in this case, the challenge is to jump onto the train upon your first attempt.
