Ingredients
2 cups chicken
1cup steamed broccoli
1 cup steamed riced cauliflower
1 block cream cheese
4 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon minced onions
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2-1 teaspoon salt
1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
1/2 teaspoon xanthan Gum
Heat the broth in a 4 quart pot.
Heat the cream cheese in the microwave for 30 seconds. Microwave wattage will affect the time so adjust it according to your microwave.
Once heated blend broth and cream cheese together. Add spices and mix well. Add in chicken broccoli and cauliflower. Sprinkle in Xanthan gum. Stir and heat through.
I use Green Giant frozen vegetables.
Tuscan Broccoli and
Riced cauliflower medley. You can use plain. You will need to season your taste. My broth was homemade.
