OMEGA SCIENTIFIC manufactures high-quality mixing vessels, compounding vessels, and various products used in the pharmaceutical industry. These mixing vessels come in different sizes, starting from 10 L capacity to 50,000 L.
These are provided with in-gold ports for aseptic processing, completely SIPable with nitrogen purging, air venting, temperature sensation, modern magnetic stirrer, zero dead aseptic valves, and various other connectors. Temperature sensor probes, pH sensor, DO sensor, flush bottom valve, both manual and activated with necessary connections, electronic weighing scale, load cell, bottom magnetic stirrer with different rpm, trolly, thick base, jacket drain with provision for additional stirrer attachment.
Jacket vent, jacket safety valve, jacket gauge, nitrogen purged housing, air vent housing, either manual or activated. The top portion of the mixing vessel comes with various connections. The jacket inlet and outlet are provided with a safety release valve, and jacket air-out connection for blowing air out to evacuate any condensed water. The vessels are cladded.
The top portions of the mixing vessel include light glass, side glass, nitrogen housing, air vent housing with necessary isolation valves, safety releases valve, air vent housing, spray ball, nitrogen purging, light glass with light assembly, material addition port on the top dish, pressure sensor, safety release valve, and necessary other ports which are assembled as per technical requirement of customer.
