2 packs of longaniza (Dominican style pork sausage)
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp sofrito
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp olives
½ red bell pepper
½ orange bell pepper (up to preference, use what you have!)
1 celery rib
1 red onion
2 orange sazon packets
1 & ½ cups of washed rice
4-5 pieces of auyama (butternut squash/pumpkin/Jamaican pumpkin)
7 cups of water
Cilantro
Cilantro ancho (recao/culantro)
Lime or naranja agria
